Water Country USA Park Policies

All bags, strollers, and other personal items are subject to inspection. The park is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of vehicle, including articles left within. Please do not leave valuables unattended/unsecured. Water Country USA® is not responsible for lost, missing, stolen or damaged property.

For the comfort and safety of our guests, all weapons, including knives, are not permitted to be taken into the park. Additionally, alcohol, glass containers, food or beverages, coolers, water wings and inflatables are not permitted.

A picnic area is available outside the park for guest convenience.

Complimentary life vests are provided by Water Country USA® and are located throughout the park. All weak or non-swimmers should wear a life vest. US Coast Guard-approved Type II and Type III life vests are permitted for use in the park. Riders 42" and under are recommended to wear a life vest. Please see ride signage for life vest requirements and recommendations.

Live cameras are being used in the park to stream video to our website. Your presence in the park today constitutes your consent to being photographed, recorded and/or portrayed on the internet. You irrevocably grant Sea World Parks & Entertainment™ and its affiliates, assignees, licensees and successors the right to use your image, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof in all forms and media for any purpose whatsoever throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation or compensation. In addition, no photos, videos or other recordings taken by any park attendee may be used for any commercial purpose, gain or other exploitation for profit without the express written consent of Sea World Parks & Entertainment™.

 

Policies

State law requires riders to obey all warnings and directions and behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injuring themselves or others. Riders shall report all injuries before leaving the park today.

Sea World Parks & Entertainment™ suggests that guests under the age of 14 be accompanied by an adult except when participating in an event intended for young visitors. Some attractions require that children must be accompanied by a supervising companion (age 14 or above) that can determine the abilities of the child to participate in the attraction. Diaper-aged children must wear swim diapers when participating in attractions. These may be purchased at all gift shops.

Pets are not permitted inside the park. Service animals are permitted. Please see any ticket window for more information.

Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas. Please see the park map for locations.

Riders on some of our attractions will be exposed to forces, speeds and other intense features that may cause distress or injury to persons with pre-existing health conditions (eg: heart conditions, back or neck trouble). Please consider these features in determining suitability for all riders.

 

Conduct

Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the park. Dangerous behavior toward any employee, quest or animal will not be tolerated. The park reserves the right to refuse admission or to ask anyone to leave the park who is not in compliance with these rules.

Guests must obey all posted instructions and verbal instructions given by park employees. Cutting in line is cause for dismissal from the park without refund. For safety reasons, certain restrictions apply for some of our rides. Information is available at Guest Relations, at the ride itself and on our website.

Any person not employed by SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment"' or its on-site contractors is prohibited from engaging in solicitation, or the distribution of handbills, leaflets, advertising or promotional materials, or the sales of products or services on park property without first obtaining written approval.

No protesting on the premises.

 

Dress Code

Guests are not permitted to wear clothing that has inappropriate language or which is otherwise offensive.

Appropriate swimwear is required at all times. Clothing with metal buttons, zippers, rivets or frayed shorts are not permitted on attractions.

The park reserves the right to refuse admission or to ask anyone to leave the park who is not in compliance with these rules.
